About Our School
Welcome to El Camino Elementary School. As an AVID Elementary school implementing the Common Core State Standards, we aim to empower children with the creative, intellectual, and decision-making skills necessary for them to become academically, socially, and emotionally successful and responsible members of our society. Preparing them for high school and beyond with a rigorous academic program is our goal.
As demands and complexities of teaching and learning increase, it is evident that we all need to continue to work together in an extended family environment to ensure success for all students so that our children reach their potential. We invite you to join us in your children’s educational journey by participating in school meetings, volunteering, and special events.
