About Our School
Laton is a rural farming community with a population of approximately 1824 people. The school district serves a culturally diverse population of approximately 740 students enrolled from Transitional Kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Conejo Middle School’s demographics closely follow the demographics of the district. The enrollment is 160 students from sixth through eighth grade. There are 73 females and 86 males and our free or reduced lunch rate stands at 84%.
Conejo Middle School has 2 sixth grade classes, 2 seventh grade classes, 2 eight grade classes, 1 Special Education Class, 1 Response to Intervention class, and a part time physical education teacher. All classes have on average have 24 students per class.
